Deuce Tournament Text Messages
What Deuce texts you during a tournament, how you turn it on, and how you turn it off.
Deuce is operated by Canvas Pickleball LLC.
What these messages are
If you enter a pickleball tournament run on Deuce, you can choose to get text messages about that event: when your match is called and which court to go to, when the schedule slips and why, and when your day is done. They are about the event you entered and nothing else.
How you opt in
You tick a box when you enter a tournament, or when the tournament director adds you and asks for your number. The box is not ticked for you. Entering a tournament without ticking it means you get no texts.
How often
Up to 7 messages on the day of your event, and occasionally one the evening before when the draw is posted. Most people get two or three.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message and we stop texting you immediately. Reply HELP for help, or email us at hello@joindeuce.com.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Deuce does not charge you for these messages; your mobile carrier's normal rates apply.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Who we share your number with
Nobody. Your mobile number and your consent to be texted are used only to send you messages about the tournament you entered. We do not sell them, and we do not share them with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
